  1. About the service. ShowNing Lab Pte Ltd (“we”) provides YOI 宵占い, a website with daily fortunes, omikuji draws and an Ask feature. By using it you agree to these terms.
  2. For entertainment and reflection. Everything here is for entertainment and personal reflection. It is not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and it does not predict the future. Please do not make important decisions based only on a reading.
  3. AI-written answers. Answers in the Ask feature are generated by artificial intelligence, written in the voice of our fortune teller character. The character is fictional and illustrated; she is not a real person. Answers may be inaccurate or incomplete.
  4. Who can use it. You must be 18 or over to buy a subscription. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to use the service with you.
  5. What you type. Your questions are processed to produce answers. Please do not enter passwords, ID or card numbers, or private health details. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy notice.
  6. Subscriptions and payments. Hoshi costs US$5 per month and Tsuki costs US$10 per month. Both renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Refunds follow the payment provider’s rules and applicable law.
  7. Emails and messages. We send daily fortunes and offers by email, LINE or WhatsApp only if you have agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each message.
  8. Fair use. Please do not misuse the service: no scraping, reselling, attempts to break or overload it, or use for unlawful or abusive content.
  9. Our content. The artwork, text and design belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  10. Limits of responsibility. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that result from relying on a reading or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
